BreastFest 99, an indoor/outdoor concert and celebration of life, is the brainchild of Steven Prince, an Austin and Los Angeles based actor, whose mother was stricken with breast cancer in 1998. Breast Fest is designed to raise money for mammography and early-detection education in low income and indigent women in the Austin area.
